Customer Feedback Prize Draw - T&Cs

1. General Provisions
1.1 The promoter is Connollys of Moy (the "Promoter").
1.2 By participating in this prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Entry
2.1 The draw is open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents, or anyone professionally associated with the administration of the draw.
2.2 Entry is strictly limited to one (1) entry per person. Use of multiple identities or automated systems to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
2.3 Participation is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. To enter, participants must submit a completed feedback form via www.connollysofmoy.com/pages/customer-feedback

3. The Prize
3.1 The prize consists of a £100 voucher for Connollys of Moy.
3.2 The prize is as stated, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative or credit will be offered.
3.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any additional costs or terms associated with the redemption of the voucher at Connollys of Moy.

4. Selection of Winner and Notification
4.1 The winner will be selected at random via a computer-generated process from all eligible entries received.
4.2 The draw will take place on or around 30/03/2026.
4.3 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry within 28 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

5. Rights of the Promoter
5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and these terms where it becomes necessary to do so.
5.2 Extension of Draw: The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the closing date or postpone the draw to a later date for any reason, including but not limited to ensuring a sufficient number of entries.

6. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance
6.1 Personal data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
6.2 The Promoter will use the personal information provided solely for the purpose of administering this prize draw.
6.3 Feedback data will be used for internal business analysis. Unless explicit consent is provided elsewhere on the form, contact details will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of taking up the prize.
