Where do you ship to?
We only sell to customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We know how important our products are to improving your quality of life, that's why we pride ourselves on our 48-hour delivery lead time*
*for products that are not in stock or which are made-to-order, the lead time is understandably longer. Rest assured, we will process and deliver your order as soon as possible. Please refer to the product page to be notified of the lead time for that product.
How do I return a product?
We hope every customer is happy with their order but if for whatever reason you're not, you have 14 days to return your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
