1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Cool FM Breakfast Show, Connollys Giveaway (“the Promotion”) organised by Connollys of Moy (“the Promoter”).
1.2 Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.3 The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rules relating to eligibility, the nature of the prize, and the Promoter’s obligations and liabilities.
1.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances make such action necessary.

2. DEFINITION OF TERMS
2.1 “Promoter” means Connollys of Moy Ltd.; Ballycullen Industrial Estate, Armagh Road, Moy, Co. Tyrone, BT71 7SD (NI635670).
2.2 “Participant” means any individual who enters or takes part in the Giveaway.
2.3 “Winner” means the Participant selected to receive the prize.
2.4 “Prize” means the suite awarded to the Winner as part of the Giveaway.
2.5 “Promotion Period” means the dates during which entries will be accepted as specified by the Promoter.
2.6 “Delivery/Collection” means the agreed method by which the Winner receives the Prize, either by collecting from the Promoter’s premises or by delivery arranged by the Winner.
2.7 “Force Majeure” means any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which prevents or delays performance of its obligations under these Terms, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, strike, or government restrictions.

3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The Giveaway is open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone connected professionally with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and eligibility prior to awarding the Prize.

4. PRIZE CONDITIONS
4.1 Each Winner will receive a £100 Connollys gift voucher.
4.2 In addition, one (1) Winner will be randomly selected to receive an upgraded prize consisting of one 3 seater sofa and one 2 seater sofa (3+2) suite provided free of charge.
4.3 The Prize is provided strictly “as is” and without warranty. No repairs, replacements, exchanges, or refunds will be offered.
4.4 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any alternative product.
4.5 The Winner accepts the sofa suite in its current condition at the time of collection or delivery.

5. DELIVERY OR COLLECTION
5.1 Unless otherwise stated, the Winner is responsible for arranging collection or delivery of the Prize.
5.2 If delivery is agreed, the Promoter may, at its discretion, charge a delivery fee, which will be communicated prior to delivery.
5.3 The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery due to the Winner’s unavailability, incorrect contact details, or Force Majeure events.

6. LIABILITY
6.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the Winner or any third party arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the Prize.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
6.3 The Winner is responsible for ensuring safe handling, placement, and use of the Prize once received.

7. DATA PROTECTION
7.1 Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7.2 By entering the Giveaway, Participants consent to the use of their name and image for reasonable publicity purposes related to the Promotion.

8. GENERAL
8.1 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway is final and binding.
8.2 If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts.
